Senior Human Resources Officer – HRIS/Compensation

Lumwana Mining Company is seeking to recruit highly committed and passionate employees for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer – HRIS/Compensation to join the versatile Human Resources team.
Reporting to the Coordinator – Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, you will be responsible for providing support in all human resources functions.
Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Oversee timesheet maintenance for various departments and analyse the time & attendance data for review before being imported into Payroll
Monitor trend analysis of time and attendance data to provide support to the business in workforce planning and management
Conduct strategic analysis on employee headcount and associated trends.
Recruitment processes through the HRIS Platform and all related activities such as Job advertisements, Interviewing, Selection, Reference Checking and Employment Contracts.
Administer Compensation and benefits as assigned.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements.
Degree in a Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum of (4) years’ experience as a Human Resources Officer, preferably in a Mining Industry
Practical knowledge of time and attendance systems
Must have good understanding and able to interpret the Zambian Labour Laws
Must be a certified member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
