Senior Sales Executive
A leading Technology and Consulting firm whose core business is to provide services with consulting, professional services, management monitoring and enterprise documentation, and hardware support and maintenance seeks to recruit a Senior Sales Executive.
As an IT sales professional, the candidate will work with commercial customers, finding the right technological hardware and software products to suit their business needs.
Supervise and drive sales and business development within the sales team
Build and Maintain relationships with customer by making regular visits, understanding customer specific needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Ensure quality of service by developing and delivering detailed knowledge of IT technical specifications
Identify, develop and manage new business through networking engagements
Develop customer pipelines of leads, including customers’ needs, problems, interests and their potential uptake of new products and services that the company sells
Prospect potential customers leads through cold calling to set up sales pitch meetings
Prepare and lead all high-level sales presentations and demonstrations to corporate and quasi-government customers
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Create and present regular performance reports for management
Train and mentor sales representatives
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
Software and hardware knowledge
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2 to 3 years’ sales experience across multiple industries
Ability to sell and negotiate
Time management and communication skills
Between 26 and 40
