The Senior Human Resouces Training, Learning and Development Officer designs, develops and delivers strategic employee learning and development programs including, but not limited to, management and leadership development, onboarding, and career development through various modalities.

Interacts With: Management and Employees
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recommends, designs, develops and implements successful and innovative learning and development programs
Support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development
Assesses training needs by analyzing gaps and researching on the best and most effective practices
Coordinates learning and development program activities including forming committees, scheduling, event logistics and vendor relations
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 3 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Software: MS Office
Knowledge Of: Learning & Development; Training
Skills To: Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability To: Coordinate, design and implement effective training and development programs.
Other Requirements: Previous work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Trainer or a similar role in a corporate environment
