1. Sponsorship Relations Officer
Job Brief
Effectively and efficiently manages the sponsorship area in the area offices, making proper use of computer systems and databases of the program and coordinating with the Sponsorship Coordinator, in order to maintain a fluid communication system between sponsored children and sponsors, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure information flow to/from the communities is efficient and in accordance with the sponsorship guidelines and requirements.
Manage correspondences process of delivery/reception to/from the communities through the Field staffs.
Develops relationships with those sponsored and the leadership of the community to ensure an effective link between those who are sponsored and their sponsors.
Collects the enrolment information of those individuals being sponsored (i.e. case histories, photos, etc.‐) meets deadlines provided and follows sponsorship guidelines and policies.
Manage correspondence flow between sponsors/those sponsored. and collect correspondences and other pieces of communication in the community in a timely manner.
Ensures that all correspondence follows KFHI’s Child Protection Policy.
Ensures content quality according to sponsorship guidelines for all correspondence coming from a sponsored individual.
Keeps each sponsored individual file updated and secure per the sponsorship guidelines.

2. Area Relations Officer (Program Division)
Job Brief
Manages and coordinates comprehensively the development, design, planning, implementation and evaluation of the CFCT local implementation plan in the area (region, district, etc.), ensuring the integration of all sectors and the transformational development of churches, leaders and families.

Key Responsibilities
Serves as KFHI representative to local government and other local entities in the region or area where this position is performed.
Manages logistics and ensures the provision of supplies to field staff.
Facilitates groups of Community Leaders in the development of a
Community Transformation Plan and the ongoing implementation of them
Community Transformation Cycle using the Community Development Training Manual.
Establish relationships with key community and church leaders.
Facilitates the communication between the community leaders, pastors, teachers of the school and parents in each community.
Monitors and evaluates progress of the projects following the guidelines established.
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Community Development or any other related Social Sciences.
Grade Twelve Certificate
Age between 22-35
Requirements
Must be a Christian
Experience: At least 2 years in Community Participatory methodologies.
Proven understanding of Sponsorship and developmental works.
Work experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Ability to perform with minimum supervision
Vibrant in Bemba
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other peripheral Devices.
Preferably, A Ndola Resident
