Survey Manager
Uptick Surveys is a data collection firm that collects high-quality data to provide evidence for decision-makers. Uptick Surveys is seeking a Survey Manager to oversee preparation and implementation of surveys.
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment of survey participants in Southern and Eastern provinces
Oversee data collection from participants through in-person surveys and focus groups
Oversee survey teams and ensuring datasets are produced according to deadlines
Handle logistics with team members in the field in Southern/Eastern
Conduct quality checks using Stata
Identify solutions for issues that arise in the field
Ensure delivery of completed datasets
Proactive communication of daily activities to team lead
Conduct other activities as required
Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate required
Proficiency in Tonga, Chewa and English – both written and verbal
At least 3 year of surveying experience and leading survey teams required
Must be familiar with SOUTHERN & EASTERN and able to attend training in-person
Travel will be required for this post
Proficiency in Stata required, candidate will be tested
Proficiency in CTO required, candidate will be tested
