TopFloor, a leading provider of human resource solutions in Zambia, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing en to end recruitment activities to attract and select top talent for the company’s clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. if you have a passion for talent acquisition and are skilled at sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective strategies.
source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
conduct phone and in person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment records and data.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels.
strong interviewing and assessment Skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Must have a valid driving license.
