A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position(s):
TEAM LEAD, NETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Reporting to Head- Information Technology, s/he will perform the responsibility of:
Attainment of at least 95% network availability and performance net of latency.
Successful support of branch rationalization and migration
To time payment of service provider invoices. Zero tolerance for late payments.
Hardware support costs to time and budget.
Zero tolerance for hardware refresh costs over budget.
Deliver cost effective delivery of personal computing and productivity working platforms.
Operating costs of data Centre, power, UPS and inverter infrastructure to budget.
Zero downtime of Primary Data Centre
Zero downtime of Disaster Recovery Data Centre
Upgrade of DR Site to become high performing secondary data centre.
Effective power management across all locations – Head Office and Branches. Availability of power, UPS and inverter availability.
Qualification and Skills:
Good technology related university degree preferably in Computer Science/Electrical Electronics Engineering or Numeric Science.
Professional Certification in IT will be an added advantage
Minimum of 6 years cognate IT experience, 3 of which must be in the management of Network Infrastructure Support
