Title: Technical Support Intern
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary: Technical support and maintenance – systems. Repair and refurbish client products.
Provide first line technical support to HQ and branch end-users (this may be in person or remotely).
Perform maintenance and refurbishment on client products that have been damaged, returned or worn out over time.
Conduct monitoring routines and inspection protocols to sustain the operational efficiency and security of electric motorbikes.
Monitor and maintain solar backup system, CCTV, escalate faults when necessary.
Compile recurring reports.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT or any related field.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Windows OS.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent attention to detail and great organization skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment and effectiveness in working with a high performing team.
