INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR DOUBLE PIT LATRINES AT MABWA AND CHILILI PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN NYAWA KAZUNGULA DISTRICT
SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds for eligible payments towards the contract for the construction of Four double pit latrines at Chilili and Mabwa Primary Schools in Nyawa Kazungula District as specified in the schedule of items/drawings in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Procurement Officer via email at Elastol.lungu@sos-zambia.org

All interested bidders are invited to attend site visit on Monday 5th July 2021 as follows;
a) 09.30am – 12.00pm at Mabwa Primary School
b) 14.30pm – 15.30pm at Chilili Primary School
A register will be made available for signing as evidence of your site visit. No bid shall be accepted without attending site visit.
Bids must be deposited in the TENDER BOX located at the address below. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders contained in the bidding document.

No electronic submission shall be accepted. No bid submitted at wrong address shall be considered.
The closing date for receipt of bids is on, Friday 9th July 2021 on or before 12:00hrs local time at which time the bids received will be opened in absence of bidders due to covid-19 as part of preventive measure in place.
Late submissions shall not be accepted.
