INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Second Hand Motor Vehicles

DAPP Zambia is a non- governmental organisation that has in the last 20 years, been actively involved in long term development projects in Zambia. DAPP in Zambia is working in various thematic areas namely Education, Community Development, Agriculture and Rural Development, Health including the fight against HIV and AIDS.
DAPP now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Second-Hand Motor Vehicles as follows:

Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from the office of the Procurement Manager at the DAPP Head Office, No. 12 Luneta Road, Northrise Ndola or DAPP NPT Office, #13 Antelope Close, Off Kudu Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K300.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the instruction to Bidders contained in the bidding documents. All bids, in sealed envelopes, must be clearly marked “Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Second Hand Motor Vehicles”.
Bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box at DAPP NPT Office #13 Antelope Close, Off Kudu Road, Kabulonga – Lusaka and/or DAPP Head Office, No. 12 Luneta Road, Northrise, Ndola on or before 25th January, 2022 at 12:00 hours Local time.
HOWEVER, ELECTRONIC COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bids delivered after 25th January, 2022 at 12:00hours local time, will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder (s). Bids will be opened by an Evaluation Committee assigned by DAPP in Zambia soon after closing, in line with Covid 19 guidelines.
