Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) – 200

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives MTN MoMo AGENT & MERCHANT (MoMoPAY), recruitment, training, transaction and performance management in assigned territory, in order to achieve the required growth in customers and transaction volumes.
  • Executes MTN’s Trade Development support activities within assigned territory.
  • Recruits and manages Digital Sales Agents to drive GSM CA and MoMo acquisition in their respective territories.
  • Holds MERCHANT and AGENT Forums in liaison with MTN’S Area Sales Management team.
  • Carries out (AGENT and MERCHANT) trade visitations (Call Rates).
  • Manages the performance of MoMo AGENTs & Merchants in specified territories to enable product availability, branding and performance.
  • Handles first level of customer service to MoMo AGENTs & Merchants.
  • Ensures 100% execution of POS activations/promotions in the trades.
  • Provides feedback on business market activities to the area Sales Management Team-Competition, Non-compliance to KYC/AML standards.
