What is the job about?
We are looking for a highly committed, dependable and motivated individual to join our HR and Training team. This position will report to the Training Coordinator. The principle purpose of this role is to assist with activities and operation regarding agent and staff as well as the development of training materials and methods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Training Content
Develop and Maintain training procedures
Update and develop operational tools
Cooperate with Marketing to get branding
Conduct Research to identify gaps in the training material
Plan, budget, schedule and evaluate for effectiveness of agents’ staff and distributor training in our target market in Zambia’s peri urban areas
Co-author key performance and output reports after each training to gauge understanding and inform areas of improvement
Update and maintain operational tools and develop new training methods that include digital delivery
Develop and maintain effective training systems and procedures
Update and develop training operational tools i.e training booklets, call scripts, and video scripts
Conduct research to develop new training methodologies
Develop new training content on product knowledge and delivery
Develop new training delivery methods including digital training
Assist with planning of all agents, staff and distributor trainings
Budget and schedule trainings, including their time, location and venue
Assist with monitoring agent performance and training effectiveness
Assist with the development and Training Department Standard Operating Procedure
Assist with developing and writing Key Performance Reports as well as output reports/ debriefs on all trainings held
Professional, Proactive and Productive attitude, whilst paying great attention to detail.
At least a Diploma in Education, Training, HR or related field
Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Training from a reputable company.
Attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Customer service and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly organized individual
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Coaching experience will be an added advantage
