Veterinary Sales Personnel (Location -Head Office)
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for sales of Veterinary products (Cattle, Poultry and Piggery) and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales forecast / budgeting for the year as per product demand
To know how -Demand creation, national disease in Livestock sector
Understand the Poultry, Piggery, cattle sector and prepare programs accordingly to serve direct and indirect clients
Initiate sales contacts, understand customer needs, and present applicable products and services.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, focusing on the benefit of early orders.
Farmers training program – Training materials
Increase customer base year over year.
Grow volume of sales with existing customers.
Develop subject matter expertise on assigned products andor services.
Report on sales to plan and current pipeline.
Proactively share information and best practices across the vet team and other functions.
Reporting – Market info, competitors’ info, new product in the market
Product development / extension work
Product demonstrations with lead livestock farmers

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following.

Veterinary related experience /Animal Science Degree.
Proven ability to delivery exceptional customer service
Sales experience at least 3-4 years in reputed Vet company
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Must possess a Driver’s License
Must possess a Police Clearance.

SALARY SCALE K7000 -K8000 PM
