Develop and direct organizational strategy
Build relationships with stakeholders
Formulate policies and oversee operations
Manage accounting procedures and budgets
Train a high-performing managerial team
Daily tasks include drafting business profiles, curriculum development, applying for funding opportunities, leading board recruitment, research, and ensuring legal compliance.
Background in communications, journalism, or gende
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with safeguarding practices and working with children
Good relationship with local and regional networks on feminism and gender
Excellent written and communication skills
Professionalism, integrity, and good work ethic
Experience working online, access to a working computer and internet
Familiarity with online working tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Canva
Strong and evidence-based passion for gender, feminism, and safety
Work Terms and Conditions:
· Work virtually, 30 hours per week (5 hours per day, 5 days a week)
· 6-month contract
· 2 months’ probation at 3,000 ZMW p/m.
