Role Summary:

Project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.
Display a strong “team player” approach and have patience with fellow staff members, assist to develop a great team spirit and working environment.
Always maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Be attentive and anticipate all customers’ needs, also double-check all food and beverages before serving.
Have good communication skills with fellow staff members, management and customers.

Academic qualification

GCE O’Level Certificate
Hotel and Catering Certificate or Diploma
