Regional Sales Executive

Sales Operations
To achieve sales targets for all products and services as per the corporate strategic plan.
Provide support, logistics and coaching to our sales agents in order to help them to make quality sales and ensure that our customers receive quality service and products.
Adhere to the company’s processes and procedures, policies and general code of conduct.
Attend to and or escalate operational challenges to the Sales Manager.
Execute sales strategies that are outlined in the company’s strategic plan.
Highlight challenges faced in that particular region and suggest solutions.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities – including market opportunities, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
Conduct product promotions and activations for the region
Conduct market research and sent competitor analysis reports to management every week
Identify gaps or opportunities in the region
Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with plan of actions.
Resolve all customer queries and complaint within stipulated time as per the SLAs.
Weekly and monthly reporting of enterprise performance against targets and variance analysis.
Report on defective or faulty devices.
Stock management
Administration duties
Credit management
Supervision, Recruitment and Reporting
