Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Drive the implementation of Talent Attraction and Retention strategies that will ensure availability of high caliber talent required to achieve current and future Airtel Zambia objectives
REPORTING TO THE TALENT ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT MANAGER, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:
Effective Implementation of talent sourcing strategies
Recruitment OPEX optimization
Talent Acquisition Reporting
Drive an Improved Employer Brand perception
Effective On-Boarding of new appointees
Administration of Talent Acquisition and Competency Assessments
Provide Talent Pool of successors for key operational and leadership roles
HR Business Partner for assigned departments within the business
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting process
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and general human resources policies and procedures
Demonstrated track record in varied recruiting process improvement methodologies is preferred
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 3-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience with demonstrated experience in high volume recruiting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (BEHAVIOURAL):
Commitment to proactive customer service and solutions orientation; ability to anticipate client needs and resolve complex problems
Ability to build and maintain solid business relationships and communicate technical information in an understandable and engaging way to line HR professionals and hiring managers
Strong analytical skills, including use of data, problem-solving, and application of financial, business and customer information to functional area
